  1.Spend time around positive people
  和那些积极向上的人待在一起
  Positive people who support your goals and ideas, who are cheerful and carefree will give you energy, make you feel good and more determined to live a better life. You have fun with these people and they don’t take things too seriously.
  积极向上的人会支持你的梦想、你的想法,他们身上的快乐、无虑会传递正能量给你,让你感觉到美好,活的更好。跟他们在一起一会觉得很快乐,他们不会太认真。
  2.Give gratitude
  懂得感恩
  Be grateful for even the smallest things.
  即使是在小事情上也要懂得感恩。
  When you begin to feel real heartfelt feelings of gratitude it can change your life because the more things you think of that you are grateful for instead of focusing on what you cannot get, you allow yourself to be satisfied and feel good.
  当你发自内心的感恩的时候,生活是会有所不同的,因为你会对很多事情都抱有感恩之心,不再只关注那些你没有得到的,让自己获得满足感,优越感。
  3.Be a giver
  做一个奉献者
  Give without the expectation of getting something in return.
  给予而不期望得到回报。
  Giving creates a feeling of happiness, doing good for someone and seeing them happy will always make you feel good. Give to others by being kind, saying nice things, giving gifts, or even a smile. Don’t worry about what other people do for you because this creates lack.
  奉献会建立起一种幸福感,帮别人做自己力所能及的事情,看着他们幸福的样子你也会觉得幸福。友好的对待他人、说好话、送点小礼物甚至只是对别人微笑都是一种奉献。不要想着什么是别人能为你做的,因为奉献本就是不求回报。
  4.Visualize your dreams
  将梦想形象化
  Have your goals you have written down, now ‘see’ it & ‘feel’ it. Be there, be where you want to be in the now use your imagination – what can you hear? Who’s with you? Make things even more powerful and quicker by creating a vision board.
  曾经将梦想写在纸上,现在“看看”它、“感受”它。现在发挥你的想象,想象你在你想要到达的目的地---你能听见些什么?谁和你在一起?将梦想形象化之后,梦想会变得更有能量,实现梦想也会更快。
  5.Believe in yourself
  相信你自己
  You have what it takes to succeed.
  你有成功的潜质。
  Often you are held back by our own beliefs and limit what you can really do. Imagine doing a workout at the gym on your own Vs when you have a trainer, the trainer makes you realize you can push yourself further than you could imagine. It’s like that with life you are always getting in the way of yourself by your own beliefs.
  通常我们都是被自己的想法限制了自己真正的能力。想象一下:你自己在体育场锻炼和有教练员陪着你一起锻炼的情况,教练员让你意识到你得逼自己做的比你能想象出来的要多一点。生活中也是一样的,你前行的路总是被自己的想法所阻隔。

  6.Relax
  放松自己
  Sometime you just need to relax.
  有时候你需要做的就是放松自己。
  We get so caught up in our daily lives often just being busy and not doing the things that are actually important. Take a break. Put your feet up, or do something that will take you away from the busyness so you can find some focus, it’ll do you good.
  通常我们都疲于应对生活中的琐事而忽略了那些真正重要的事情。休息一下吧。眼界放高一点,或者做一些会让你远离纷扰的事情,这样就能找到重点,会对你有好处的。
  Ideas: massage, long relax in the bath, walk in the park. ANYTHING that will help you relax!
  比如说:做做按摩、好好泡个澡、在公园里散散步等。只要是能放你放松下来的都可以。
